Zanta – the legend continues

Swoon one one wrote about Zanta last July noting that he now has a website. Checking back in with him a half year later and he has had over 90,000 visitors to his site. He is up on MySpace and even on Wikipedia!

Currently his “status” on Wikipedia is being debated. Is he a truly notable character or not? I would guess that much like myself, when people first see him they start to groan that another “crazy” is coming towards you… but then later when brought up it seems as if everyone knew him, some had talked to him, seen him on TV, or just ran from him. But it seems to me that most know of Zanta here in Toronto.

So maybe in effort to show how well he is known I would ask: do you, average Torontonians, know this man?
