Naples mayor urges residents to stay calm over trash pileup

I thought that Toronto had garbage problems, that our Council was the worst in foot-dragging and then imposing onerous requirements that do nothing to solve the fundamental problem that we create too much garbage yet make us think all this work required of us must mean we’re being good green citizens. Then I saw the news footage on the Naples crisis. Holy cow! There is a city worse off than Toronto!!
