Russell Peters Rocks the ACC
This guy is funny! Russell Peters rocked a sold out Air Canada Centre last night in his first of his two homecoming shows. Originally from Brampton Russell has made a huge name for his self not only in the US but around the world. His comedy touches on the multiculturalism he experienced growing up in Toronto. He pokes (not a Facebook poke) fun about the differences between cultures and how he has been able to deal with them. All of his stuff was new and he did happen to bring back his most famous ” Ah, Somebody a gonna get Hurt!” joke as an encore.
I first watched Russell on a CBC special 10 years ago and even met him once in a Winners store. I don’t know if it was a coincidence but I also saw him featured on Cribs the other day, and wow does he now have a big home. Way to go Russell, you did me proud!
