My condo hunt led me to this.

Are any one of us surprised? Hell no! The Centre of the Universe commands some premium rents.

What I am suprised at is that these rent amounts are for 2-bedroom units. In my experience, and myhood.ca could probably back me up on this, is that most one-bedroom units within the city cost $1000/month. A good 2-bedroomer is at least $1600.

Might could be that the units I’m being exposed to are all at the city core or right along the subway line. Might could.

Some possible food for thought for all renters out there.
