Toronto Goes Through the Stages

Miller is calling for tougher gun laws: “The first thing we have to do is we have to get serious about guns.” Citizens are calling for more security such as cameras on school grounds. Mark and Rachel, two MB Toronto readers, suggest attacking the root of the issue: instilling a societal taboo or supporting citizens who need it.

We’re all trying to find solutions so that this does not happen again. We’ll spend the money so it doesn’t. We’re bargaining.

Last night’s vigil helped ease our collective sadness.

Yeah, it’s familiar. Yes, the city is going through the stages of grief.
