The team led by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc. (MVVA) won the Lower Donlands Design Competition.

    I wonder if it’ll ever be implemented, or if it will remain this green, given the government’s penchant for allowing condos to go up where parks were supposed to be.
