Since the birth of the Toronto Raptors I have been getting emails from Raptors.com Insiders regarding team updates, fan newsletters, and practically anything that has to do with the Raptors. This year I am definitely going to catch one or more playoff games at the Air Canada Centre. With that in mind I am going to need tickets. Today in my in box was an email from the Raptors Insiders titled “Your 2007 Raptors Playoff Presale Window”. I was like, ok I am in the market for tickets and I know they don’t go on sale until Saturday so I opened it.

“As a Raptors Insider you have first access to playoff tickets prior to general public. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Saturday, but as a Raptors Insider, you can purchase online today (Wednesday, April 11, 2007) beginning at 10 a.m.”

So there I was, 9:58 waiting patiently for 2 minutes. Ten o’clock rolls around and no tickets available. I tried so many different combinations I even tried buying a $2000 dollar seat just to see if it works, but nothing. Thanks a bunch Raptors insiders! I never opened your emails before and I probably won’t open them ever again.
