S11 posted about noticing J-walkers who just can’t seem to wait for the Emergency Vehicles to pass. It reminded me of another sighting I’ve been having on our highways that is quite unsafe.

I have seen the same idiot twice in two days passing vehicles on the shoulder of Highway 401. First he past my car on the left, between the divide and me. Then the next day in the evening I watched the exact same car (and what looked like the exact same driver) do the same thing but to someone in the right lane. Only this time there was an Audi following him doing the exact same thing as if trying to keep up.

I wonder if I had kept my rental car if I would have seen him a third time.
