Why I Love Toronto #1

This will be an ongoing series of posts. Feel free to add to the list.

Toronto is a big multicultural hub. You can find people from over a 100 countries living in this city in harmony.

It’s clean.

It’s polite. People smile at each other when crossing paths and cashiers and customers say Please and Thank You.

People still feel the need to dress up in the evenings when they go out and I like that European attitude which is still inculcated in the city.

Restaurants don’t get any better.

I love how every area of the city has districts, financial, entertainment, fashion, italian, little india, chinatown, greektown etc. It’s very easy to navigate and enjoy the diversity of the city for the tourists.

The residents make the most of the summer and the festivals and concerts and activities in the city are abundant.

From one of the biggest cities in the world, you can drive an hour away and be in some of the most lush green environments with lakes and nature spilling out across starry skies.

When the people feel the need for a change in the way things are run in the city, their voices are heard.
