Busy Street Festival
I went to two festivals this weekend. One was called various things which it seemed no one could agree on. My only proof of one official name is this photograph so here it is:
The “Taste of the Wexford” was held between Warden Ave and a small street about 1 block east of Warden on Lawrence Ave E. It was very small, had little people when I was there and felt more like a corner fair brought onto the street. Hopefully it was successful for all the participants and that people had fun… for me though it was simply boring.
Obviously when the police can send texts, nothing is going on.
My fiance and I went to Afrofest as well in Queenspark and it was fantastic! No pics as it was too late in the evening when I went but it was fun, the food, drum groups and entertainers and the shopping.
C’est tout!
