Pedestrian Sunday!!! - (June 25th)
Whether or not you missed the one in May or any other of the epic Summer Sundays in Kensington over the last couple of years check out Kensington’s Pedestrian Sunday this weekend.
This year’s batch started last month and will run every month until October (usually the last Sunday of the month) from 1pm to 7pm on Sunday. Basically the main street in the market, Augusta, is closed off to vehicle traffic turning it into a pedestrian haven full of music, food, and the elements. This weeks theme is FIRE! (also based on the Summer Solstace this week). Should be a great compliment to the Pride Celebrations in the city.
