A Joyous New Year to all Torontonians.

Was trying to catch up on my reading this lazy, soberish January 1st when a map caught my eye. The map was on page E3 of the GTA section of the December 31, 2005 edition of the Toronto Star. It showed the locations of all 52 homicides in Toronto during 2005.

Scarborough is starting to look pretty safe.

I wish you all a safe 2006 even if the year started of on a very bad note: 2006 begins with a gun killing (Toronto Star). Toronto gun violence claims another life (CBC).
