Service or Lack There Of…

Yes I’m still sick, tired from a long day at work and probably have a short fuse but… Why is it that so few sales people LISTEN!!!

I tend to dislike shopping at FUTURE SHOP with their AGGRO sales staff. Obviously the want you buy something quick and take credit (COMMISSION) for your purchase. The funny thing is that they rarely there to actually HELP find that purchase. Today I asked for a Mac version of some software seeing that they were selling iMac’s. After several tries with staff I ended up talking to the “software guy” who directed me to the PC piece of software? Uhm I did mention that I wanted the Apple version, and weren’t you checking whether you had it in stock on your computer??? Eventually I found it, the Mac version, on my own but still… Think I’ll hurry up and finish my Christmas shopping while the iron is lukewarm. A last minute dash before Christmas Eve could mean a stress overload…LoL
