12 Years - Falsely Accused

William Mullins-Johnson was released yesterday from jail… 12 years of his life gone because pathologist Charles Smith falsely accused Mr. Mullins-Johnson or raping and murdering his niece.

The new pathologist incharge now states that the rape ever happened, nor did the murder. Instead, the child could have very well died of natural causes.

So I sat there, watching the news last night and though, How could some one mistaken not only the type of death, but to claim that rape was involved when there shows, now, to be no evidence? Not only no evidence but evidence that there were no signs of rape.

How will they repay him for the 12 years he and his family have lost?

simple, they won’t. it’s what governments are good at. they’ll make a public announcement at a press conference. apologize sincerely. then go about their own merry ways.

repayment will come in the form of a government official in a nice *expensive* suit throwing the monkey off his back onto someone else’s. their screw-ups are always somebody else’s fault.
