The Wiggles In Toronto
Anyone who doesn’t have a kid may want to skip through this but knowing there’s a large number of families out there who’ve been hit with the Wiggle-Giggle in their household may want to know that the four crazy, australian dudes dressed up in what looks like bright, colourful trekkie outfits, are coming to Toronto for November 1st, 2005, with tickets going on sale on November 24th.
My toddler is 19 months now and has been full out crazy about The Wiggles for the past 3 months or so. Not one day passes where she does not run around going, “wiggle, wiggle, wiggle!”
I’ve even caught myself humming a tune or two like “Hoop-de-doo” or “Fruit Salad - Yummy, Yummy!”
It’s quite embarrassing. Especially since I get many strange glances.
Anyway… I was seriously consider getting tickets until I heard rumours that the NY concert is going to be $80US per person. And any child over 11 months is a full person in their eyes sooo…
No Wiggles for us. Fortunately, our daughter is just too young to not know that her parents are just too cheap to want to take her.
