The Beaches has a secret

Anyone hanging out in the Kew Beach area this summer during the upcoming jazzfest should hike over to Tulip Steakhouse at 1606 Queen St. East. Was there last night and may I tell you, what a fine meal that was. Can’t beat the price and don’t let the ambience fool you. Personal opinion, having dined at Ruth’s Chris, Napoleon’s, and Harbour 60, this was a much better steak and even better value for money.

Oh, it also has some of the fastest and best service I’ve recieved in a restaurant.

You should take a run up to Thornhill and go to Eddie’s Steakhouse. Great food, great service, and if they recognize you, they have a tendency to give you free after-dinner drinks with your coffee :)

personally, i felt that ruth’s chris steak house was just way too pricey. the steaks were good but the place was nothing out of the ordinary.
