Dang! It’s chilly out there
I know it’s Canada
I know it’s NOT the summer
But, wow…did it get chilly fast!
I froze last night while going outside for a cigarette. Maybe this will be the incentive to give up smoking.
The Pourhouse at Davenport and Dupont was last night. Not bad, a Pub in a box kind of setup. But,the wait staff were very good and they pulled a proper pint. Also, what is about women in plaid short skirts and knee high socks that turns a man’s fancy? My Lord, that look is right up there with the Cheerleader outfit…as far as fantasies go…or is that fetish? I never know the correct term for that these days.
What is the point of this site?
I’m an expatriate currently living in Arizona (a red state). I used to waste hours in Pauper’s Pub on Bloor street knocking back pints with my friends. Feel free to have a pint at Pauper’s and blog about it. It was my home away from home and I’m rather homesick at the moment.
